…basically in every way. Getting inspiration from all over the place, meeting new people, great artists and listeners. Made my first own track, the weather is beautiful… And I listen to music all day every day… And here’s some of the beats that made my summer so great. A big thank you to all the artists involved. Keep it chilled and sweet, just like your drinks in this hot weather.

The Sea. One of the newest members of the DWK family will help you with it for sure. Chariman Maf does a great job with soundscapes and he is really into chilled, downtempo beats nowadays. Of course, he did not let us down with his last track either. Quite the opposite… this track is layered perfectly, has all the atmosphere and vibes that you would get from laying on a beach. Take the trip and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never thought I would make beats of my own, but here we are… a couple of days ago I heard a song on a series I’m watching and the piano just stuck. I’m proud to present you my very first own track, titled A Man of Dreams. I’ve received very nice compliments on it but I know it could have been better. Nonetheless I took my first baby steps and the second track is in the works. Enjoy.

Here’s another great release. deeB is from the Netherlands and made his first solo debut with this freely downloadable EP, called Daydream. As you can see from the title of the post, I got sucked in by the atmosphere of the tracks and the way he uses different instruments is stunning. Don’t miss out on this one. By the way, I got this link from a friend who is making beats of his own, so I’ll link his work too. Can’t go wrong with a double post!

So, the beatmaker who showed me the link also does a beautiful job with sounds. A funky track Infiltrate made a little while ago got noticed pretty quickly so I’ll link the first version of it, and check his bandcamp for the 2nd (improved version) too.

2nd verision:

It is very rare that you can find a beatkmaker / producer who sounds like something new. Well, Kognitif is one of the few who can. His tracks are an earful blend of trip hop, instrumental hip hop, electro and who knows what else… and it sounds insanely great. Little bits and pieces of space will make you want more and in no time all his beats are totally addictive. Give it a try, it’s like a drug.

This guy from the Dusted Wax family keeps on bringing amazing stuff one after the other… Perfect sampling and a vibe that surely fits the title of the track. Check out Beats & Hypnotism. It’s just… beautiful and hypnotic.

We want Time Travel! When do we want it? It’s irrelevant… Well in this case it’s not. Cause if you want to time travel, today is the day. Jenova 7 and Mr. Moods teamed up for a new release, titled Time Travelers. We have been waiting patiently and the time has come… Check the DWK site today for the ultimate chillout. Free download.

Third time’s the charm. So the last mix for today is my very own selection of Dusted Wax Kingdom‘s 051-100. It was very hard to choose from 506 tracks. Everything the netlabel publishes is golden, so had a rough time with choosing the right ones. Well, BPMs and keys helped a lot and I hope everybody will enjoy this little trip to the Kingdoms again. Spread the word, share the love and enjoy Dope Wax Knowledge!

You might now the guilty parties present in this trio from older posts, but it’s well worth checking them out one by one as for sure. Thing is, these three awesome producers have recently announced that they will join forces in order to create something that will shake your world. And so they did.  MononomeMr. Moods és Jenova 7 together known as Wax Triptych has released its 1st track. Eargasm!

Some months ago I had the luck to find a label, all thanks to Kovacs. Hiperbole Records has great producers, such as Savages (Kovacs’ alter ego), Madball Scientists and Triberg, of whom I’ll introduce to you. Their EP, Himmelberg and Höllental is interesting because of the fact that they mixed German folk music (kraut) with jazzy elements which gives you a combination of magical elements that will blow your mind. This already great EP just got even better with the remixes made by producers from all over the world, so this is totally two birds with one stone. Join me on a trip through the German landscapes (btw the tracks’ names are really the names of famous German places).
——-

Gyertek velünk németország legszebb tájaira egyszerre két utazás erejéig (mellesleg a trackek tényleg német tájak neveit kapták).
